- Prices include all costs such as local taxes, energy, water, use of all Resort facilities, but exclude final cleaning (€150 or $175 and pool and Spa heating.
- In case of a rental period longer than one month, please contact us for a customized quote.
- The costs for pool heating are € 25 / $30 per day,
- Payment is possible by Bank transfer, Through Wise (Internet bank) or Paypal.
- At the time of booking, a deposit will be required, which will serve as a security deposit. After the rental period this amount will be refunded after ok by Property Manager.
- The total amount due for the rental period has to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.
- Canceled within 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due but in case of re-rental 50% will be refunded.
- Canceled within 4 weeks prior to arrival no refund will be issued.
